China Coal Group 150,000 t/y Coal-Based Eco-Friendly Carbon Materials Project

Leveraging the premium coal reserves of the Jilangde Open-Pit Mine, this project focuses on the high-value, cleanconversion of local resources.

Phase I features advanced production lines with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons of briquetted crushed carbon and 10,000 tons of cylindrical activated carbon.

As a flagship collaboration between the Xinjiang government and leading Central State-Owned Enterprises(SOEs), this facility is set to become China’s largest and most automated activated carbon production hub.

Upon completion, it will serve as a national demonstration model and a strategic reserve for environmental emergency materials, spearheading advancements in environmental protection and new energy materials.
